Generally there is temperature control system in the packaging plant for frozen food, 4 ~ 10℃ in the most applications, and in some cases it's below 0℃. In the software of the weigher, we must use "force combination" to stop the products staying too long in one hopper, to avoid the products get melted. In the machine design, we must have Anti- condensation System to stop the air turning into water, to avoid the risk of damage in eletronic system.
In our Test Center, we have cold room to test all applications which need to run in low temperature. We make sure each machine for Frozen Food are fully tested before shipment.

3- No tools need when disassembly the food contacting parts.
4- No blind area when wash down.
